Shipping Policy

At HUETAPE, we strive to process and ship your orders promptly. All orders submitted to huetape.com will be shipped within 24-48 hours during normal business days (Monday to Saturday). Please note that we are closed for all major holidays and do not ship on these days. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation. Please ensure to check your spam/junk folders if you do not see it in your inbox.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, we accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To initiate a return, please connect with us through our contact page, providing your order number and the reason for the return. Please ensure that the items are in unopened, unused condition unless the product did not meet your expectations. Returns that meet these criteria will be refunded the full purchase price. Please note that customers may be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.

Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow our return policy to return the original item and place a new order for the item you desire.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos. We will either send you a replacement or offer a full refund, based on your preference and item availability.
